Our school has been using BDE for years and they have consistently been wonderful to work with. They respond immediately when we call them with a problem - my hard drive just died - they came out, took the modem and had it replaced and reconnected in less than 24 hours. Highly recommend this company.
We use BDE to provide our back ups and monthly monitoring of our whole system.. Bill and his crew are excellent. They provide quick response and always solve our problems. I highly recommend BDE
Took a lightning strike yesterday evening & after that could not access any programs or internet. Called BDE after regular hours & they had someone here with a new switch within the hour. Best service ever!!! Had they not done that I would have about 10 employees standing around this morning with nothing to do. BDE is always knowledgeable & reliable but yesterday's service was beyond exceptional.
