I'm writing this review about Frank and the job he did today finding out what was wrong with my computer. It turned out to be a loose plug (DUH!!) that I couldn't figure out myself. After tightening the plug, he did a very thorough job of checking out everything on my computer and was very helpful in telling me things I should know about operating my computer. I told Frank that I would be using Bergen Computer in the future and would hope to have Frank come again when needed. I've given him five stars in my review. I told him I used to be a middle school teacher for 38 years teaching English and reading and if I were giving out grades, he would be getting an A+.
