Technicians are responsive and prompt, always talk to us before and after. Arcadia prices are much better than Viking, charged us $20 to treat maple tree for lantern flies (after Viking charged $500.!)

My husband and I recently contacted Arkadia to come out and take care of some pests throughout our new home and they were absolutely wonderful. Both times, they showed up on time and were helpful in educating us about what to expect in different seasons and how to care for our home in between visits. I also find that their administrative staff is very professional and quick to help and answer any questions I have! I highly recommend them!

Arkadia did a great job! I didn’t know what moved into my attic, but they could tell right away (bats). They gave me a few options with different prices, which I really appreciated. They returned to install a bat box/house, and had good recommendations on where they could hang it. They were on-time, knowledgable and friendly, and I’m happy with the solution!
