They showed up when scheduled, and got right to work, all the while respecting our home. They smoothed out any spots that may have contributed to an uneven surface beforehand, and got rid of squeaks in the subfloor that would have persisted. They finished 3 rooms and a hallway in one long day, making a very invasive job a bit more tolerable.The rug installation was a breeze, and we are super happy with the entire project! The day I walked into the store to look at options, I was sent home with samples and someone came that afternoon to measure my kitchen to give me an estimate. I was scheduled for the next week- there was some mixups between the initial measurement and the day of installation, so we had to reschedule. They were quick to reschedule and install my floors. “I had acquired Roberts name from my brother who recommended him highly. He came, gave us an estimate and explained the procedure he would be doing and how long it would take. Robert and his crew were very professional and worked very hard to get the floor done perfectly. Our home was just recently built, and the concrete used for the floor was harder than they thought so the job took a bit longer and looks beautiful.
