“most people working there are kind and helpful to patients. today I came to radiology and the woman in front Wendy treat me in a very disrespectful and rude way. HR should be more careful when hiring people to attend patients. they don't know what we are going through and she had no compassion. maybe because I am Hispanic because she treated white people differently. Disappointed.“

“I had to get a copy of my medical notes for my recent visit to bring into a medical supply store and wow, I have never seen such detailed, well organized notes! A page and a half of custom notes about my condition and I could tell the doctor was very much listening to every little concern and thing I said during the visit. Everything was written down quickly, accurately, concisely and was able to have it printed immediately after the visit. You really don’t find that often in the medical field.“
