A++ for A-General Plumbing. Had a drain cloggage and bathroom flooding occur around 7pm local time on a Sunday night and A-General had someone come out within an hour of calling! Carl was the tech who came on site and was awesome- explained everything he was doing and helped clear out the drain super quick, very professional. Highly recommended and THANK YOU Carl.
Jay was the best. Other company came earlier and spend couple of hours to solve the problem and advise me excavated basement but Jay came and unclog main line in 10 min. One of my customer recommend them and all the good things he told me was true. Quick kind knowlegable and honest!!
Two weeks ago, I had an issue that Bob, the service technician, handled with prompt and efficient service. He was truly outstanding! He told me that this was his first day on the job! You are truly blessed to have an employee of this caliber. He pointed out my problem that the previous technician did not. Kudos to Bob!!
