Mina gave me a very reasonable quote for a brand-new unit.

Given the holiday weekend, I fully expected the installation to happen the following week. I was incredibly surprised and grateful when Mina told me he would return the very next morning so my family wouldn't be left without hot water.

True to his word, Mina and his helper, Ian, arrived on Saturday. Both were exceptionally competent, professional, and knowledgeable. They had the old unit out and the new one running perfectly within just a few hours.
