“I've been training with Tara Lyn for 10 years, and she's the reason I fell in love with classical Pilates. I first found her when I moved to New Jersey and was searching for a true classical practice. She was teaching at another studio at the time, and I quickly realized I was coming specifically for her classes. When she opened her own studio, The Studio Tara-Lyn Pilates, there was no question — I followed her.
These days I mostly train with her virtually, and I could not be happier. I've gotten noticeably stronger over the years, but what keeps me coming back is how much depth there still is to discover. The more advanced you get, the more you realize how hard you have to work to maintain proper form — Tara Lyn has a gift for meeting you exactly where you are and pushing you to that next layer. Ten years in, the work still challenges me, and that's exactly why I love it.
