Amazing studio with amazing instructors! They really take the time to make sure you are moving correctly so that you not only get the full benefit of each movement, but that you do so without injury. I️ always walk out feeling taller and stronger. I️ highly recommend this studio! �

Pilates is my happy place, place where nothing worries me. It's an hour of your mind and body therapy! I've been coming to Pilates Place in Franklin Lakes for more then 4 years! Love the studio, instructors and owner
