“A local well known fuel company came out to our house and said that they couldn’t fix our furnace due to not being able to find the right parts. I called Cooper’s and spoke to a very nice lady and explained everything. She transferred me to the Service manager who was very helpful. Without him coming to my house, he was able to locate the parts. I did send him pictures and dimensions, which was spot on. The gentleman who installed the parts was done in a timely manner and heat was produced. It did take 12 days to get the parts in, but that’s just the way it was due to the age of my furnace. Thanks again for the Great Service!!!“
