But, during your stay as time passes you should be able to adapt better to the environment around you. All of the nurses and staffs do they're job correctly without a single hitch . Referring to the guidelines, they also follow that correctly.“

“Dr. Vlad is the epitome of service. He’s a sole practitioner who cares deeply for his community offering additional services that may not be offered by traditional practices (including child and infant ear piercing!), but are incredibly necessary. One of his main goals is to educate while he offers care which is not always the case. He’s also a concierge doctor who does house calls!!I brought my 7 month old to Dr. Vlad because he was the only provider (pharmacy, hospital, pediatrician) that we could find in NYC that had and offered the RSV vaccination (we called a LOT of places!!). Not only that, but he personally called us back after we left a message and offered us near immediate availability.When we arrived he welcomed us and throughout the process explained in detail everything we needed to know. He was kind, warm, and funny. He even gave my daughter a small tube of bubbles to distract her from the shot.We could not recommend Dr Vlad highly enough and even though it was a long drive for us it was worth it!!“

“The facility itself is great but the billing practices makes it so i wont ever come back here. I came here after verifying it was in network with my insurance company. A couple months later i received a 500 dollar bill because despite the facility being in network the doctor was not. Nobody ever informed me. So i basically am being forced to pay 500 for a covid test and a conversation with a doctor who couldnt even do anything because i was pregnant.Edit: I did hear back from this location almost immediately after posting this and wanted to post an update. They did address my issue and it seems to be just a mistake that they were able to rectify. LIke i stated the actual service provided here really is great compared to many of the other urgent cares in the area.“

“Great care and comfort from Dr. Coleman. He was very thorough. The front desk was personable and patient, even as some patients complained about the wait time. Although it was a long wait, it was well worth it for the care my daughter received.“
