This wasn’t a simple remodel. My home is older, and once demolition began, it became clear that even the studs had to be removed. This turned into a complete tear down. Everything had to be rebuilt and re-leveled from the ground up. Watching the process, I truly realized how much structural knowledge and skill this project required. Tom literally rebuilt the space. He leveled everything properly and created a solid, beautiful foundation before a single finish went in. That alone gave me tremendous confidence. And then came the artistry. The floor-to-ceiling marbled porcelain tile is absolutely stunning. The tilers are true craftsmen — their design, alignment, and placement are flawless. The shower is custom designed with a perfectly tiled floor, a coordinating niche backsplash, and a built-in seat that looks like it was meant to be there all along. The unique floating sink, elegant toilet, gorgeous lighting, perfectly matched mirror, and beautifully finished linen closet shelving all come together in a space that feels high-end, thoughtful, and completely custom. Tom needs to be cloned. His structural expertise, attention to detail, and vision are remarkable. Tom’s craftsmanship is unmatched. This project could have been overwhelming given the age of my home and the scope of the rebuild — but instead, it was handled with confidence, skill, and professionalism. All I can say is wow. Just wow. I would trust Martin’s Home Improvement again without hesitation — and clearly, I already have.“

They were expedient in completing the job.
At days end I was walked around the house to make sure everything was to my expectation and if I had any questions.“

They took off our old faded aluminum siding and installed new vinyl siding with insulation. This one change made our upstairs cooler by several degrees at night, which is amazing in this 90+ degree heat! The windows just came in today and he made a point to come out and install them all ....by himself. He worked until he got them all installed properly. That kind of dedication to craftmanship and hard work is rare in our world today, but he and his team have it. Erick was patient and listened to our questions and gave thoughtful and helpful answers. His pricing is fair and he more than competitive when you consider the high quality of work that was done. He and his team do great work and we would recommend Benoit Home Improvements to everyone of our neighbors and friends. We hope to have him back shortly for some additional home improvements.“
