With the recent storms, we discovered a pretty sizable leak in our roof. We had an emergency roofer come and tarp the area, and then try to convince us we needed to replace our whole roof (which was shocking since our roof is not that old). We brought Lane Roofing out for a second opinion, and Kyle was able to accurately diagnose what happened, and explained why a full replacement was far from necessary (and most importantly, why that was the case). He walked us through multiple different options to fix the roof, and helped us choose the best one to suit our needs. The entire process - from estimate to work to walk-through was done in an extremely professional manner. The craftsmanship and attention to detail was just amazing.
They completed repair of a small portion of my roof that was leaking. All work looks perfect to me. The workers (2) were polite. My only complaint would be that they were 2 hours late and no call to me., Otherwise I would recommend this company and use them again.
