“We first started working with Eric in the late summer /early fall. Eric came out and gave us a quote within a few days. We were so excited and ready to begin and then had a family emergency and couldn’t proceed. Then in February things were better and we were ready to go. I reached out to Eric, him and Rob had the updated estimate out to me right away. I was pleasantly surprised the price hadn’t changed too much. Then came installation time. The windows came in ahead of schedule and were installed weeks early, which we were thrilled with. Rusty and his crew were amazing. His attention to detail is outstanding. The whole crew were friendly and polite, which is really nice since they are going in and out of you house. We’ll definitely be reaching out for a new front door soon.”

This one change made our upstairs cooler by several degrees at night, which is amazing in this 90+ degree heat! The windows just came in today and he made a point to come out and install them all ....by himself. He worked until he got them all installed properly. That kind of dedication to craftmanship and hard work is rare in our world today, but he and his team have it. Erick was patient and listened to our questions and gave thoughtful and helpful answers.
