One of the most surprising parts of the transaction was the communication we received from your company about the supplemental insurance claim that needed to be handled. We had already approved payment from the finance company for the entire project and you had your money, but when we had questions, we still received a quick response. They were polite and professional the entire time and we were very impressed with their efforts to complete the job in 1 day and they had to finish in the rain. They showed up on time, worked fast, and were meticulous about their work. They took great care to assure our landscaping would not be affected by debris and left the property free of any and all roofing materials. While replacing the decking, any and all structural issues discovered were properly addressed to assure our new roof would last for years. “Ed Callahan remodeling replaced a leaky skylight and repaired a couple of vent pipes on the roof. This was by far one of the better experiences with getting repair work done on the house. They communicated very well - and the estimator showed up on time, was very nice, and provided a very reasonable estimate the next business day. Ed worked with my schedule to get a crew out the next week I called, and they showed up on time, and were done early! The one guy Sean I worked with was very professional, and offered to take his shoes off in the house (very much appreciated). The new skylight looks great, and they crew did a great job at cleaning up - there was no trace of any debris or anything in the yard. In addition, they added trim to the new skylight and patched the drywall, which looks very nice. A very professional job indeed - and I will be calling them for any future repair needs!“
