“The home exterior specialist, Dave, was wonderful. He talked to me, not at me. He spent 3 hours here and we discussed/designed every aspect of the exterior remodel. During that 3 hour period, we discussed the following:At this meeting we discussed the following:types of siding--colors and style.The insulation barrier under the siding and related materials.The fascia, including the color and the aluminum wrapping.The shutters, style and color.The new construction windows:double hung for the housecolors of windows, inside and outlocation of the grids in the glasshow they fold in so that I can clean thembrands that they usehow the locks work and the fact that the little tab in the top is no longer spring loaded.tempered glass windows for the bathroom and dining roomThe deck door-color, style, and locking mechanism.The Front door-style and sidelightscolors, inside and outtypes of glasscolors of "lead" in the decorative glass in the sidelightsBy the time Dave left us, we knew the exact total, give or take any issues that might arise during the remodel because of the house itself or leaks under the siding.It was nice to be treated well, which happens so rarely these days.
