A tremendous experience...Kitchen sink clogged/backing up...Had a plumber attempt to clear it...Told me I needed a drain service...Recommended JMF...Called on Saturday at 10:50am...Called me back at 11:00am...Was at the house at 11:30am...After about 45 minutes it looked like it was not going to work...but James thought about it for a couple of minutes and didn't want to give up and decided to modify the a auger and try again...Within the next 15 minutes the water was flowing/draining exactly as it should...Highly recommend!
I called JMF Friday night after 5:00 p.m., and they were out by 8:30 a.m. Saturday morning. They quickly took care of my clogged drain. The were very knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. Excellent service and fast response—I would definitely recommend them.
