“From walking in the door to leaving it was a positive experience.Front office staff was courteous and highly efficient.Doctors examination was thorough and the doctor took the time necessary to explain some of the test that were being performed and asked if I understood what was being done.As it turned out my prescription changed so little that it was recommended that I just stayed with the glasses I had .I’ll definitely be back next year for my yearly exam.“

Last fall, when my child developed headaches, we tried to get an appointment with our pediatric ophthalmologist. The best they could offer us was the end of this spring. I called JC Reiss, and they were able to fit us in within a few days. We got a new prescription, ordered the new lenses, and within a week, the new lenses arrived. Mike is a true skilled artisan . He felt I should have an opportunity to try my prescription from the ophthalmologist before doing it permanently . I have several vision issues ! He made me a lens to try first , &’then adjusted the prescription based on my feedback ! He is super knowledgeable and explained everything very well !
