I’d just like to start off by saying that I suffer from OCD, which unfortunately translates to both the symmetry and feel of my glasses. ALL of these women have been beyond supportive, accepting, and welcoming to my MANY trips for adjustments to my glasses. I never feel uncomfortable or ashamed walking in there for the billionth time asking for some kind of adjustment. The opticians, Karen and Ingrid, are excellent at their craft. Ingrid has a great personality and Karen is the kindest person I ever met. Both will really listen to you and take their time, making sure you are happy before you walk out of there. As far as the lenses go, I wear progressives and the lenses here are excellent. They have a wide field of view, great clarity, and are very easy to adjust to. “I got my Lasik done with Dr. Jeffery Reisman here. Everything was so smooth, very upfront with all information and done with the highest degree of professionalism. First you have a consultation meeting with Christine who sat with me and my family to discuss the details of the procedure, the post operation details, and was very upfront about the costs. Then I had my testing with the team to check if I am a candidate for Lasik, (everything up to this point is free by the way). After this point is when my family decided to go with the procedure.
