Dr Brophy took the time to answer all my questions. She didn't rush and completely explained all procedures being completed and would be completed in the future and if I needed adjustments to my prescription it was no problem.
This place is by far the best (and only) place I will go to for my glasses. I’d just like to start off by saying that I suffer from OCD, which unfortunately translates to both the symmetry and feel of my glasses. ALL of these women have been beyond supportive, accepting, and welcoming to my MANY trips for adjustments to my glasses. I never feel uncomfortable or ashamed walking in there for the billionth time asking for some kind of adjustment. The opticians, Karen and Ingrid, are excellent at their craft.
