She is calm as she gets to find out your preferences and your comfort level. Farrah was my masseuse and my friend got Toni. While we were both in the same room, I couldn't tell that there was another person in the room. There was calming music, a wonderful fragrance wafting throughout the room. “I came here without much knowledge about my skin, and I haven't had facials or treatment done, but Sharan was very helpful and sweet the whole time.
The jelly mask felt great and left my skin feeling moisturized and rejuvenated, and I got my eyebrows done nicely. My face is glowing and I'm very happy with how relaxing and cleansing it was. I like how accessible it is, being the gym I go to all the time. Will be coming back for the attentive care and good service, and I recommend getting your skin taken care of here!“

“Went for the first time yesterday. I had a body scrub, a massage, and a mini facial.

I was definitely a little nervous going in for the scrub, but once you are in the bathhouse area it is fine. The lady who did my scrub, she scrubbed me until my skin was as soft as a newborn. It is not as relaxing as a scrub I have gotten in other spas, just due to the noise around, but honestly it was exceptional 10/10, make sure you do the 60+ minute to get the milk bath.

The massage was just as good. This lady straddled the table to get in there better. One of the best massages I have ever had.

The quick mini facial was a nice way to end the day.

I also had a smoothie which was delicious and got dinner, beef bulgogi, which was also delicious.

Overall a great experience. I will definitely be back. It was quite busy on a Saturday afternoon so I may try a different time.“

Great service, on time, and very professional. I highly recommend to anyone looking for acne treatment or athletes who have tense muscles.“

“I've been going to Suzanne at Mosaic for half my life now, and I fly back from FL at least twice a year to have her do my hair because no one else can do what she does. I just had her freshen up my hair for my wedding and my hair & makeup artist would not stop talking about how gorgeous the work Suzanne did was.

It's a shame I have to write this because now Suzanne will be so booked I'll have to fight even harder for an appointment, but she deserves her flowers for the 15+ years and never ending foils she's put into my head.“
