The 60 minute float session really helped my entire body to relax and allowed me to clear my mind. The crystal bed, which was something I had never experienced before, was another wonder experience. “First time Banya goer. I didn’t know what to expect - so if you’re considering- I would HIGHLY recommend. We purchased our passes the night before. Went in - checked in and traded car keys for locker - changed and went into the sauna. There are two dry saunas, 1 steam room, and a cold plunge tub plus hot tub outside and cold showers and spring water. All are continuously meticulously cleaned.So rejuvenating and refreshing. I’m sure I’m going to sleep like an Eastern-European baby tonight!Staff was friendly and helpful. There is a delicious on site restaurant with home made food.Will return next week!“
