“Great experience at Indigo Reset. Upon arrival, Shannon was so personable and welcoming. I had a relaxing facial with Nyimah. She did a great job addressing any concerns and recommending products. She didn’t push any of her own products like others have and she informed me what products to get for my skin concerns. Milaurys was also great. She waxed my eyebrows and was very precise ensuring they were perfect and I was happy with them. Will be recommending Indigo Reset to my friends :)“

I booked my first appointment with Nick a few years ago and have never looked back. Always a friendly welcoming environment. I’ve never gotten facials before but Nick was super helpful explaining the benefits of an hydra facial and patiently working through my sensitive skin.“

“I booked a 75 minute facial thru Groupon and was pleasantly surprised that they were able to book me within days and not have to wait weeks for an appointment.

The facial itself was very nice.

The reason I took off 1 star was because the esthetician never introduced herself upon walking into the room and I believe she spoke zero English too because at the end I asked her a question and she just smiled but no feedback.

And there was no Zen music playing during my facial which I felt was truly missing. It just makes the facial more pleasant to relax to. Especially when she put the mask on my face and you are left in the room alone for a few minutes, it would be nice to hear some music in the background instead of total silence.

So, if they could improve these 2 things that would make it that much more better for customers experience.“

“I've been coming here for years, and have the monthly membership. It's definitely worth getting. You can accumulate the credits, and share them among the household.

The massage therapists are always great. One single time I had an issue where the massage only lasted 45 minutes but I was charged for the full rate- their manager promptly refunded the difference.“

“Rupa is very good but when i went last time she was eating and obviously stopped after i walked in but i could tell she did not wash her hands as they still smelt like tepla (a indian food). Her brush that she uses needs to be changed out because it’s on the rougher side and most likely used on everyone. But she is good with eyebrows but sanitation wise needs to improve“
