“I booked a massage here for me and a dear friend of mine in the spirit of "mental health day." From the moment you meet Toni, she is preparing you for your experience. She is calm as she gets to find out your preferences and your comfort level. Farrah was my masseuse and my friend got Toni. While we were both in the same room, I couldn't tell that there was another person in the room. There was calming music, a wonderful fragrance wafting throughout the room. No aspect of the experience was overpowering. It felt like I was in some island somewhere and not in Woodbridge. Thank you Toni and Farrah! I will be back for sure!“

“I booked a 75 minute facial thru Groupon and was pleasantly surprised that they were able to book me within days and not have to wait weeks for an appointment.

The facial itself was very nice.

The reason I took off 1 star was because the esthetician never introduced herself upon walking into the room and I believe she spoke zero English too because at the end I asked her a question and she just smiled but no feedback.

And there was no Zen music playing during my facial which I felt was truly missing. It just makes the facial more pleasant to relax to. Especially when she put the mask on my face and you are left in the room alone for a few minutes, it would be nice to hear some music in the background instead of total silence.

So, if they could improve these 2 things that would make it that much more better for customers experience.“
