She is calm as she gets to find out your preferences and your comfort level. Farrah was my masseuse and my friend got Toni. While we were both in the same room, I couldn't tell that there was another person in the room. There was calming music, a wonderful fragrance wafting throughout the room. “I've never had an experience like this one before. As soon as I stepped inside, the owner of the spa was so warm and welcoming. She gave me a tour and explained everything she offered, the benefits, and answered every question that I had. She was so patient and knowledgeable.

I floated for the first-time and it was incredible. Their rooms have private showers and changing areas. The float tub was the perfect temperature and was so relaxing! I was scared to try it but instantly felt at ease. It was so calming.

Then I did the crystal bed which felt like an instant stress reliever followed by 30-minutes with the red light.

I left feeling less anxious and all-around better. Even the next time, my skin and nervous system felt so calm.

She didn’t push any of her own products like others have and she informed me what products to get for my skin concerns. Milaurys was also great. “Rupa is very good but when i went last time she was eating and obviously stopped after i walked in but i could tell she did not wash her hands as they still smelt like tepla (a indian food). Her brush that she uses needs to be changed out because it’s on the rougher side and most likely used on everyone. But she is good with eyebrows but sanitation wise needs to improve“
