This experience was overall super smooth Kristina at the front desk helped me out sooo sooo much with making sure my loved one had the best experience. Today for Valentine’s Day but also for my loves birthday I was able to bring balloons and she kindly just put them in the room before the experience. Of course super surprised with this warming time. Thank you hand and stone and Kristina we will be back!

I highly recommend Norma at Hand and Stone in Woodbridge. She listens to my concerns and always knows how to give me the massage that my body needs while providing a relaxing experience.

Massage experience here was not good. Left worse than I came in and felt my concerns were dismissed. I called and was expecting a call back but never addressed. The headrest kept coming off the table, I came in for a deep tissue massage but the whole experience was uncomfortable. Facials were a good experience but I’m glad I canceled my membership. Not worth it.
