“Update: I have been continuously working with Zaina Service Tech for the past 3 years and I highly recommend them. Highly technical and fair.I used Zaina after having gone through 5 different companies trying to identify my AC issues. My AC unit wasn't cooling and I called Zaina to see what's going on. Every year I have this problem twice a year. People would come out and just try to fix the issue by refilling the refrigerant, nobody was able to identify why the system was leaking. Zaina came out to my house multiple times to try to identify the issues. He had a lot of tech/tools with him and was able to identify the leak and show my exactly what was going on with my unit. A problem 5 different companies wasted my money and never able to figure out.After getting a quote from him, he gave me a great price on replacing my unit. He was honest from the first call and being an engineer myself, I saw how thorough he is in his work. He replaced my unit in 1 day and tested every little detail of the new system.
