“This is a great condominium complex to live sizes varies from 150o square feet to 2200 square feet . This complex is gated community and well maintained. It is great location for the professional people working in Manhattan or near Wall Street and want to avoid high housing cost in NewYork city and still enjoy living close to NYC at a much lower cost . You take bus number 192 or 192x and reach port authority terminal with 30 to 40 minutes avoiding the toll tax and hassle of driving . Another option is that you can do park and ride from Allwood road , Clifton park & ride . Next option is to take a train from Clifton station , which is 10 minutes walk from this place . From Clifton train station you can go to Penn station , New York by changing the train at Secaucus! Or you can go to Hoboken and take the path train to go to Wall Street! This place is nicely decorated by flowers from spring to fall and during winter snow cleaning service provided by housing associations! There are few 55+ condominium complex also available under Cambridge Crossing. There are few swimming pools available in the complex . If you have a dog , you can make plenty of friends while walking your dogs since many of residents living here owns dog and normally walking their dogs . There are few gyms available in the complex. Overall excellent place to live with amenities available in close proximity to the complex.“

“We lived in a Veris building on the Hudson River and were blown away by the management team. You hear a lot of promises from management companies, but Veris delivers. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful, the cleaning staff kept the place spotless, even cleaning the grill, and resident disturbances were handled promptly. While we choose to leave this apartment, we would gladly return, and recommend Veris properties to anyone.“
