RBH allowed a building to collapse on Beaver Street in Newark. It could have killed someone but luckily nobody was on the street. They have never reopened this block to the public, disrupting the lives of people in the neighborhood. RBH = Real Bad Homies

Ron Beit is a great man of vision and passion for building. Innovative and bold leader our urban communities need. Many years ago I was fortunate to rent my first commercial lease with him. He was always committed to the cause and mission InnerFaith had for children. I am deeply honored our paths crossed. Twenty years later the arts center has received state, congressional, and many accolades for our work with children. I thank him for believing in our vision. Continued success.
