We did not know Lee R. Kobb, Inc. before the emergency with water heater. Lee R. Kobb, Inc. was recommended to us by water heater manufacturer. We had scheduled repair appointment immediately and crew arrived to our house next morning. Fred and his assistant brought new water heater and removed one which was broken. Russ and the guys replaced both of my (very old) systems on the hottest days of the year two weeks ago. They worked from sun up to sundown that day — without complaint and minimal breaks.
The new systems are so good we’re running them about half as much as the old but the house is colder than it’s ever been.

“I have used R&M for many years. The first time the owner came over years ago for a second opinion. A different company said I need to replace a 9 year old HVAC costing $10,000. R&M took a look and ended up fabricating a part and it ended up costing $1,500. I realized then they would be the company I would be using going forward. That unit is still working 13 years later. They have done many repairs and also installed a new HVAC unit. They have been very responsive on many occasions. I have a 93 year old Mother living in the house, and losing AC in the middle of the summer is quite scary. They are very processional and honest.
