I very particular style of teaching with a step by step approach while constantly being on the cutting edge of the latest and newest techniques. Yes its stuffy its a basement. What I like the most is you practice in real time not in theory , when you throw a kick or punch you will see what adjustments you have to make in order to delivery that .
