You will never find a more experienced and compassionate instructor around. He has proven himself to be the bestof the best. Every individual who seeks proper instruction and fitness, must sign NOW. HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM.

Master Darren Woolridge trained me. He also trained my children. He did not teach us how to fight as the word implies. He teaches self-defense. He teaches how not to fight, discipline , commitment , courage and knowledge are all part of his training. He teaches you how to defend yourself, in the street and in life. I trust him with my life and my children.

My family loves and respects Grand Master Darren Woolridge so much. Sir is passionate about his art and it shows by how inspired my kids are to attend his class. My kiddie trio work to keep their grades up in school- they've gained self confidence and remain respectful to other individuals and thats all with help from Sir and the Tae Kwon Do family. Staff Michelle and Natalie are amazing too. It was/is one of the best and proudest decisions hands down to learn from one of greatest fighters in the world.
