Darek came to our house twice to make sure he can best customize their offering to our needs. In addition, Jersey Dry was the only company that offered to take care of the building permit process incl. filings at the Jersey City City Hall.Once we signed the contract with Jersey Dry and after paying a small deposit, the team scheduled 3-4 days to complete the job. The constuction team was lead by Jerry and they did an excellent job keeping our belongings clean, reducing noise levels to a minimum (we had a baby in the house during the project and we didn't hear a thing), and keeping me up to date with progress. After 4 days, the job was completed and the team left the basement cleaner than they found it. One thing to highlight is that Jerry invested extra time to make sure that all our needs were met. In particular, we asked him to color the exterior discharge pipe and place it at a more difficult location than initially estimated.We are extremely happy with the whole experience and our waterproofed basement.
