“Update: After 3 years the connection started leaking. When you call you only get an answering service that tells you that you have no warranty, but they'll send a technician out that you'll have to pay for. The answering service refuses to connect you to someone at the actual company. After going back and forth with them they were able to send somebody right away to look at it but they were still going to have to charge. When they came they were able to fix it and after calling the office they decided not to charge me. I feel a lot of aggravation could have been avoided if the answering service was able to just connect me to someone at the company but that's how they choose to do business and it is what it is.

Had a small leak at the connection to my meter. Blase found the connection was corroded and not up to today's code. He replaced all the connections, installed new shut off valves and mounted my meter to the wall to avoid any stress on the pipe and brought everything up to today's standards.“

“Our thermostat indicated that our Carrier AC was not working- Carrier listed Brown's as an authorized agency for repairs. Our usual technicians ( another company who we had a contract with) could not come for 10 days during our recent severe heat spell. Browns came the same day and made repair ( clogged drain) in a few minutes. We now have a contract with Browns. And we see their truck in our neighborhood on a regular basis.“
