“Blase, assisted me to his very best technical ability. He diagnosed my issue without charge, and he said even when he bought the part. If he could not fix it I didnt need to pay. Thankfully he fixed it and got me back for nursing school. Very pleased with his customer service and technical ability. Genuinely thank you B!”
“Super informative and honest experience. They walked me through the whole receipt of services after reviewing my repair request. My camera looked cracked and I intended to pay for that additionally, but they were great and just informed me it had to be readjusted versus replaced and they even took it off the bill. Best thing is they turned it around in 1 business day!!! Joe was a great representative especially.”
