About iFix Your Cell-Paterson
iFix Your Cell is a business that has received mixed reviews. While one customer praised the quick and affordable repair of their laptop's charger port and the validation of their parking, another customer had a very negative experience. The latter customer had to bring their iPhone back three times due to incorrect repairs, and was charged $160 despite the screen being previously fixed. The customer service was described as the worst, with their time being "procrastinated" and the overall experience being the worst the customer had encountered in over 10 years of working in customer service.
I took my I phone 5 to repair the charging mechanism and was prepared to pay a fee. Jay was very helpful and tried cleaning the port by removing lint and other dirt that had gathered there. It worked He did this free of charge and was very pleasant. This place is great and I will come back here in Summit whenever I need any phone or tablet fixed. I rate them 5 plus.
