They replaced a cracked screen for a fair price. Three months later, the phone showed a vertical stripe on the display. Fi Repairs fixed it for free although it was no longer covered by their repair warranty. Very impressive customer service!
They are truly the best...and Mike was phenomenal. My phone suffered water damage so my screen was completely destroyed. They were able to retrieve some memorable photos that had not backed up to the cloud and I could not access because of the damage.
