The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Donlon is exceptional. His eye exams are always very thorough and never rushed. “i only been seeing Dr Vaidya for about the past 5 years and she is exceptional, that i have complete trust in her, and highly recomment to anyone that you will get the best of eye care..but the billing dept is always harrassing me with billing statements not paid ,, essentially after every visit.. in which medicare and my aetna supplemental insurance has always paid all costs in a timely manner each time.as of now May 2022, i just receive my 3rd billing notice for services Feb 2022,, which was already paid by my insurance back in Mar 2022. this is a hassle that i certainly do not need .. where i contact aetna, who provides me paid billing info which i then pass to Exe Eye,, who Can Not find it .. and sends me another monthly bill .. always ,, see how often i write always ..“

“I've been going to Dr. Jacobsen for almost 20 years. She is Professional, Caring, and gives you enough time to thoroughly Explain. Since I'm a computer specialist, I always had Reading glasses. When I got old, I needed a second pair for Long Distance. Her eye glasses prescriptions were always accurate.
I appreciate her Early Detection of Cataract; referred me to one of the best Cataract Surgeons.“

“Truly depends on who is your optimist in conjunction to their technician. This time we had Paulo as our technician. He was exceptional as he went above and beyond to help us get the right lenses. You would think it’s the same eye chart testing yet the previous technicians weren’t as caring, knowledgeable, and accurate. This leads to the wrong prescription for lenses. The optometrist just checks for inside of your eyes and retina. The tech is doing the majority.“
