“Dr. Jeffrey Case is a wonderful thorough doctor that I highly trust and have been going to for many years. I would have given 5 stars, but the constant bombardment of texts, emails and phone calls is getting more and more ridiculous and out of control. Your next appointment gets automatically scheduled. I called the office and spoke to someone to let them know I did not want this. They completely ignored my request and then followed another bombardment of reminders, requests for confirmation, or suggestions for better dates. Highly recommend Doctor Case but these constant interruptions are extremely annoying, bothersome and must stop!”
