The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Donlon is exceptional. His eye exams are always very thorough and never rushed. Kim Jacob at the Freehold store greeted my wife and me and was VERY patient and informative as I tried on countless frames. We came back a week later to pick up my new glasses and Kim greeted us like old friends - great memory! She adjusted the arms on my frames and all is good. All in all, a really good experience. The lab does not have the frames in stock, the last pair was in the Vision Store she tried so many times call them to see if she can send it to them, they said yes but it on the computer system wouldn’t let her process the order but she didn’t give up. “I purchased a couple of glasses from Lingo and I had some issue with my them. It was only two doctors who were doing their best to accommodate their patients. One of the doctors at first wasn't pleased that I came with glasses that needed some adjusting, but he was very kind enough to do so. I didn't know how else to express my gratitude besides giving them a 5 star review. Thank you for helping me. I will come by again to change my frames.“

“Truly depends on who is your optimist in conjunction to their technician. This time we had Paulo as our technician. He was exceptional as he went above and beyond to help us get the right lenses. You would think it’s the same eye chart testing yet the previous technicians weren’t as caring, knowledgeable, and accurate. This leads to the wrong prescription for lenses. The optometrist just checks for inside of your eyes and retina. The tech is doing the majority.“

“I've been going to Dr. Jacobsen for almost 20 years. She is Professional, Caring, and gives you enough time to thoroughly Explain. Since I'm a computer specialist, I always had Reading glasses. When I got old, I needed a second pair for Long Distance. Her eye glasses prescriptions were always accurate.
I appreciate her Early Detection of Cataract; referred me to one of the best Cataract Surgeons.“
