The opticians I worked with were lovely. They were very helpful and kind. They really took the time to explain everything to me.
I did not like the doctor; she did not introduce herself; and was not easy to talk to.
I went to the optical center and Scarlett assisted me with my new prescription. The lab does not have the frames in stock, the last pair was in the Vision Store she tried so many times call them to see if she can send it to them, they said yes but it on the computer system wouldn’t let her process the order but she didn’t give up. Thank to her great job and multiple attempts it went through. I would like to say thank you very much Scarlett
I took my son here for his annual eye exam, and the doctor was excellent—very professional. She provided us with a prescription for contact lenses, as the ones we were using were not available at that location. She quickly issued a new prescription, and we ordered the lenses from Costco.
