I found out I needed a prescription while I was in class and Dr. Madiwala helped me realize I need glasses. As someone who works in healthcare, it can be hard to pay attention to each patient, but she made it feel like she really cared and she wanted to take the time to educate me. I drive from a few towns over specifically for this Costco Optical department. My optical department in Edison is ALWAYS BUSY.
I came a year later in 2026 for contacts and Dr. Madiwala and the technician helped me learn how to use them for over a half an hour. The quality of care and service is top notch!
Qiao Zhuo was super sweet and amazing! This is the fastest we have ever gotten glasses. She was so attentive and patient while we were looking and she helped explain our options and adjust them accordingly. Good experience here!
