Costco Vision Center offers professional and attentive service, with helpful staff like Tim McGovern and Matthew providing quality glasses and optical services. Customers appreciate the logical suggestions and kindness shown, making the experience easier and less expensive. With staff members like Orville, known for excellent customer service, Costco Vision Center sets a high standard in eye care.
Outstanding customer service experience. We dealt with Liz, who was very helpful and solved our issue promptly and professionally. I would highly recommend Costco optical for a great customer service experience.
If you're bringing glasses outside the Costco you being charged $25. It's their policy. I wish I knew that before. And whatever lenses you get obviously you being charged. Like you can see on the picture mine was $154.99 (not cover by insurance).

Today we were served by Michael M. during our purchase (we had our prescription done at Target Optical, we may try the Costco eye exam in the future though). He was a great optician and processed our glasses purchase thoroughly with great care and great explanation. Five stars for his service!
