Kim Jacob at the Freehold store greeted my wife and me and was VERY patient and informative as I tried on countless frames. We came back a week later to pick up my new glasses and Kim greeted us like old friends - great memory! She adjusted the arms on my frames and all is good. All in all, a really good experience.
