“The Basement Company did a good job at remodelling our basement. The job was rather easy with finishing walls and putting floors, nothing complicated. The only thing I would say is that the team was very attentive at the beginning, but as the job evolved they were less responsive, which at times was a bit frustrating. Maybe they had other bigger jobs to focus and that is understandable. They prepared all documentation for permits with township and it was very easy to go through.“

“Back in February, I came home from vacation to a backed up sewage pipe coming through my shower that flooded my bathroom, my bedroom, and my bedroom closet. After I called my plumber and they had to snake out 60' to clear the clog, my condo was flooded. I received AW Martin's info from my plumber, and spoke to Spencer that night and he came out the next morning. Spencer and Christian were absolutely AMAZING. They handled everything from the water mitigation to remodeling. They were both so professional and easy to get a hold of throughout the entire process. I pretty much got a whole new condo out of this terrible situation but Spencer and Christian made it almost too easy to do business with them.“

“3rd time using TDM. Tim is responsive via txt and knowledgeable. His workers are careful and meticulous. No stray sealcoating was dripped or tracked onto sidewalk or paver pathway that connects to driveway. 2 day job. Day 1 - Seal cracks on asphalt driveway. Day 2 - Sealcoat. Waited 80 hours before driving on sealed driveway. Price is reasonable given the amount of time for labor. I will be using TDM again in a few years.“

“We had been trying for quite some time to get going on an extensive residential bath remodel. We had rejected three other bath design/build companies prior to trying Len’s. We had found Len’s through Yelp, reviews were solid, and BBB had them at A+.

From the very start, we knew we had finally found the company we wanted to work with. Suzanne worked closely with us to find out what we wanted, she listened and provided great suggestions. We ended up with a design that aligned exactly with our vision. Furthermore, she handled all sourcing, ordering, storing, and delivery, making the whole front-end activities very easy for us. She provided us with a detailed project plan booklet and also worked closely with the Township regarding permits.

When everything arrived, she coordinated work activities by the various subcontractors and tradesmen. The actual work from demolition to all issues resolved took just over 6 weeks, about 4 weeks shorter than originally estimated. Issues that emerged during the work were quickly resolved either directly by Suzanne or via her background efforts. Communication throughout was excellent.

As mentioned, there were a few issues that emerged during this project. Although it is somewhat naïve to assume there would not be any issues, this is the reason for our rating not being a solid 5. However, all issues were resolved to our satisfaction, most of them immediately on mentioning.

The final product is stunning. We are very happy with all aspects of our redone bath. We can offer a solid recommendation for Len’s, and would definitely consider them for future projects.“

They worked quickly, safely, and very neatly. They were on time and very respectful of the other tenants and customers of the center. They kept the worksite safe and always cleaned up before leaving. My roof was leaking from a couple of places and I hired people that made a lousy job and only patched it and didn’t fix the problem. Jerry advised us to put a new roof and gave us a good price for the roof with good materials. He also gave us a big discount on the garage roof. We were so surprised to see how organized, quick and professional these guys are. Jerry and his team fixed my whole roof and my garage roof in less than 1 day. 10 men crew came around 7:00am and finished by 2:30pm including cleaning the whole work area.
