“Fantastic work and very easy to work with! We used basic basements to finish our basement in our townhome and they were amazing every step of the way! Our neighbors used them a few years ago and we were amazed at the work they did, which inspired us to finish our own basement. Even with a toddler and dog at home, they made scheduling the work very easy and they took care of all permits for us, which was very helpful. In addition to how great the entire crew was, we were especially appreciative of Gail and Bob who helped with scheduling and overseeing our entire project. “Greetings, quite frankly in my opinion this is one of the very few companies around these days that check all the boxes. “3rd time using TDM. Tim is responsive via txt and knowledgeable. His workers are careful and meticulous. No stray sealcoating was dripped or tracked onto sidewalk or paver pathway that connects to driveway. 2 day job. Day 1 - Seal cracks on asphalt driveway. Day 2 - Sealcoat. Waited 80 hours before driving on sealed driveway. Price is reasonable given the amount of time for labor. I will be using TDM again in a few years.”
“We had been trying for quite some time to get going on an extensive residential bath remodel. We had rejected three other bath design/build companies prior to trying Len’s. We had found Len’s through Yelp, reviews were solid, and BBB had them at A+.<br><br>From the very start, we knew we had finally found the company we wanted to work with. Suzanne worked closely with us to find out what we wanted, she listened and provided great suggestions. We ended up with a design that aligned exactly with our vision. Furthermore, she handled all sourcing, ordering, storing, and delivery, making the whole front-end activities very easy for us. She provided us with a detailed project plan booklet and also worked closely with the Township regarding permits.<br><br>When everything arrived, she coordinated work activities by the various subcontractors and tradesmen. The actual work from demolition to all issues resolved took just over 6 weeks, about 4 weeks shorter than originally estimated. Issues that emerged during the work were quickly resolved either directly by Suzanne or via her background efforts. Communication throughout was excellent.<br><br>As mentioned, there were a few issues that emerged during this project. Although it is somewhat naïve to assume there would not be any issues, this is the reason for our rating not being a solid 5. However, all issues were resolved to our satisfaction, most of them immediately on mentioning.<br><br>The final product is stunning. We are very happy with all aspects of our redone bath. We can offer a solid recommendation for Len’s, and would definitely consider them for future projects.”

“My water heater unexpectedly stopped working after 10.5 years so I called Abat Plumbing. Frank answered my call at 7:45 AM and came out the very same morning to inspect the unit.<br><br>Frank determined that the error code indicated a weak ignition, but the replacement part was not in stock and could take a few days to arrive. He was able to temporarily reactivate the water heater and honestly explained that, given its age, replacement would be the best long-term solution. He also identified a few rustic water pipe which needs to be replaced.<br><br>We decided to move forward with the replacement, and Frank's son, Frank Jr., installed the new water heater that same day. While working in the basement, Frank Jr. noticed that our AC system was leaking. He pointed it out to us without charging anything extra. We contacted the company that installed our AC three years ago, and they sent a technician two days later to fix the issue.<br><br>I am very grateful to Frank and Frank Jr. for their professionalism, honesty, and excellent service. They responded quickly, completed the work promptly, and even helped us identify another problem before it became a bigger issue. I highly recommend Abat Plumbing!”
