“We had been trying for quite some time to get going on an extensive residential bath remodel. We had rejected three other bath design/build companies prior to trying Len’s. We had found Len’s through Yelp, reviews were solid, and BBB had them at A+.

From the very start, we knew we had finally found the company we wanted to work with. Suzanne worked closely with us to find out what we wanted, she listened and provided great suggestions. We ended up with a design that aligned exactly with our vision. Furthermore, she handled all sourcing, ordering, storing, and delivery, making the whole front-end activities very easy for us. She provided us with a detailed project plan booklet and also worked closely with the Township regarding permits.

When everything arrived, she coordinated work activities by the various subcontractors and tradesmen. The actual work from demolition to all issues resolved took just over 6 weeks, about 4 weeks shorter than originally estimated. Issues that emerged during the work were quickly resolved either directly by Suzanne or via her background efforts. Communication throughout was excellent.

As mentioned, there were a few issues that emerged during this project. Although it is somewhat naïve to assume there would not be any issues, this is the reason for our rating not being a solid 5. However, all issues were resolved to our satisfaction, most of them immediately on mentioning.

The final product is stunning. We are very happy with all aspects of our redone bath. We can offer a solid recommendation for Len’s, and would definitely consider them for future projects.“

“In April I set up an appointment with Gold standard bathrooms to come to my house and measure to get my bathroom fully renovated. Natalie measured and took pictures of the bathroom and we set an appointment to go to the show room the next week. I wanted to go to a place that supplied it all. Natalie was amazing and helped design the entire bathroom. I did not feel overwhelmed because she had it all under control and went through every detail from grout, tiles to vanity, mirror, light fixtures, shower doors etc. The job was to start in September and that’s when Kenny reached out to me the first week in September to go over all the phases and that they were going to be starting that week. The day we started Carl the delivery driver showed up by 7:45 AM with the equipment that they would need to start the first phase by 8:15 Santiago and Ramiro showed up to start the work. And they would stay all day and fully clean up each day. Carl was amazing and every time that he stopped here to deliver he picked up the garbage. Santiago and Ramiro were exceptional. They were super clean and so professional. Kenny would stop over all the time to oversee the project and any concerns that I had were always addressed. When it was time to pick up my vanity it was discontinued but Kenny said he will have the issue resolved by end of day. That evening he text me that he found another vanity what a gorgeous vanity we ended up getting. My light fixtures were discontinued and Kenny found another light fixture which was gorgeous. The day he brought it here and we opened it we realized it was chrome and not nickel which I needed to match all fixtures . He drove all the way to Neptune that day to get the brushed nickel. I couldn’t of asked for more. The day before the job was completed they told me to look throughout the whole bathroom and mark anything that I saw that needed to be touched up. Santiago and Ramiro we’re always so approachable and never seemed aggravated. They took their time which made us feel so at ease. My bathroom looks absolutely gorgeous and I am so satisfied. It exceeded all my expectations. I will definitely be calling Kenny and Gold standard bathrooms for future projects, especially for a kitchen renovation.“

“The Basement Company did a good job at remodelling our basement. The job was rather easy with finishing walls and putting floors, nothing complicated. The only thing I would say is that the team was very attentive at the beginning, but as the job evolved they were less responsive, which at times was a bit frustrating. Maybe they had other bigger jobs to focus and that is understandable. They prepared all documentation for permits with township and it was very easy to go through.“

No stray sealcoating was dripped or tracked onto sidewalk or paver pathway that connects to driveway. 2 day job. Day 1 - Seal cracks on asphalt driveway. Day 2 - Sealcoat. Waited 80 hours before driving on sealed driveway. Price is reasonable given the amount of time for labor. I will be using TDM again in a few years.“
