We had our basement finished by the Basic Basement company, and are really pleased with the outcome! To begin with, there was not much room to negotiate on pricing, but we did feel it was reasonable overall. Our project manager Gail was very responsive and took care of all the scheduling promptly. They have a bunch of different teams for framing, electrical, drywall, painting, flooring, etc. and every single one of them did a great job. Even the inspectors from the township remarked that they've always had a good opinion of them. I'd definitely recommend them to anyone!

I scheduled an estimate with Eddy and he was great. Very personable and to the point, and everything was laid out to the last detail with prices and financing available. I would recommend this business to anyone who is looking for a thorough job.

Dream come true!!That’s what the entire experience with The Basic Basement company was like. Seriously, from start to finish. First person we met with was Eddie Spall. He arrived at our house at 6pm and did not leave until 9:30pm. He definitely took his time in making sure we felt comfortable, happy and excited about moving forward with our decision. It wasn’t all business with him, he shared his own personal stories and even gave advice. He walked us through the financing process, yes, financing which was a huge plus.
