Eric was fantastic! Sink was draining slowly and American water resources sent a contractor who completely clogged the sink after trying for an hour. After waiting for another contractor for 3 days, our appointment was canceled on the morning they were scheduled to come. Ultimate drain was able to grant a sane day appointment and Eric came within 2 hrs after I called. Fixed the clogged sink on his first try within 10 minutes! Absolutely satisfied!
