“Throughout our bathroom remodeling experience we've dealt with several characters of varying levels of trustworthiness, but Frank at Burroughs is easily one of the best people I've dealt with throughout all my years of home ownership. Extremely responsive, reliable and friendly. He helped me select the trim work for our bathroom offering insight on things I didn't even think of (as a long time DIYer). Long story short, we dealt with a character that was highly dishonest in a GC - and when that GC was no longer enlisted by us, we couldn't retrieve the materials from Burroughs as my little 03 Ford Ranger wouldn't be able to accommodate the 16 linear foot size of materials. Frank came and dropped it off at our house on his own time. THAT level of service is missing today in so many places. There is no question they will have any and all of our business going forward.”
