We had a large flooring project to complete and Carl and Frankie made the whole process simple and easy, from product decisions to installation. These guys are the best. We would highly recommend them to all of our family and friends!!
Frank is very pleasant, patient, knowledgeable, and helpful. In addition, he has among the best prices locally. The vinyl plank floor installation is done by a regular contractor to Burroughs. The installer, Gus, was most personable, skilled in his craft, and knowledgable. He and his assistant did a beautiful job.
Great products and great customer service! We were looking for translucent ceiling tiles for a kitchen project and for some reason they're really hard to find. After a lot of research I found Burroughs. They have an impressive selection. I called and spoke to Frankie, who was super nice and helpful. He mailed us a free sample of the one we thought would look the best and it was perfect! We ordered the amount we needed, they were extremely easy to install and we couldn't be happier! I highly recommend Burroughs Hardware!
