“After a rocky first visit and due to a misunderstanding things turned out for the best . My wife was refused a physical for her Autistic step son and the next day I went back extremely angry. After talking to the day shift head of nursing things began to smooth out a bit and was told to bring him back and they would see if they could do the physical. Lo and behold an hour later I get a phone call from the owner of the facility who also owns 8 to 12 other urgent care facilities. He was very concerned about the issue at hand and he assured me that he would take care of it at first I just assumed it was lip service but then he actually did he went out of his way to make an appointment to have my stepson taking care of and his physical done. He kept in constant contact with us until it was taken care of and he really showed concern and empathy for our situation. He did not have to do that he could have just left things alone and let us figure it out on our own but he went the extra mile and for that we are extremely grateful. I highly recommend this facility and any others that are owned by this doctor. We fortunately called first to make sure he could get a shot (past experience showed topical creams weren't going to help). A call to another urgent care practice showed they couldn't give such a shot but Dr. Primas could.“
